A big part of what CIBI does is to foster, support and operate an "Incubator Farm".
Here, youth and adults of all ages and levels of education and skill are generating new and profitable
ideas and turning them into businesses and jobs and exports. These are new venture companies whose
products, services, and business plans have passed the test of critical review by experts who know
business, science, technology, and most of all, Real People.
Each of these small seedling companies are unique because each one involves a mix of persons including
every right person for the occasion and for the future. Some are still in high school and younger.
Some are in college, and some are of an age when old-thinking people think that they are
supposed to retire. Some are highly experienced, some are "newbies and probies."
Some are people who cannot get jobs because they are missing body parts or have been "through the ringer"
of personal and social trauma and stress. Some are considered to be physically or mentally disabled. Some have juvenile
or adult crimnal records and have been rejected by their society. Some are people who have not been disadvantaged in these ways
but who have received the gifts and made the efforts and hard work to be able to understand, to accept, and to give helping hands,
open doors, and open minds and hearts to others who have desire and determination even if there have been hardships, blockages
and detours.
The Human element of how TetradynGroup goes about innvating and jumpstarting new business, both for-profit and non-profit, is a
very distinguishing factor in what sets TetradynGroup apart from the typical business cubator, "research park," or "venture capital portfolio."
We are showing the Worth and Value in
Human Beings and that "accomplished and accomplishing genius" is not only in the "New Ivy League" but in
